From her stand point of view, I feel that Aisha knows that money is actually being disbursed for certain social causes however those in charge of getting the money to reach the masses are diverting this funds. A typical Nigerian incharge of government money would prefer to keep this monies for his personal gains than for the poor voiceless masses to enjoy it.

In the country I live in, I marvel at the huge number of people that live on government benefits every month! They receive housing subsidies, health care benefits, some feeding money, child care benefits etc This are monies that doesn't make the beneficiaries to be rich but to make life atleast livable for them. if it were to be in Nigeria they won't be getting it
Sometimes the problem of Nigeria is not about the government but the people who use offices to enrich themselves without a care in the world
