Some of this drugs are originally made to cure certain abnormality in human. For example i learn that tramadol was originally produced for waist related pains. However such waist pain do have negative effect on man's sexual performance. I remember the first time i took tramadol, it was added to my drugs by a pharmacist and he told me that if after taking the dose the pain persist, i could come around for one or two more dose of the set of drugs he gave me. After the dose i was relieved but still felt slight pains then i went there for another dose. unfortunately he wasn't around when i got there, his staff gave me the other ones but said "we dont have tramadol", that was when i first paid attention to the name but i didn't know people's perspective of the drug so i head straight to another pharmacist, stood at the entrance and openly asked if they had tramadol, all eyes turned on me but i didn't give them any honor and the girl politely said we dont sell tramadol. Not willing to take incomplete dose, i located third pharmacist and straight to the nurse face i said i needed tramadol and i immediately noticed an awkward look on her face and her colleaque who was attend to a customer also looked at me in an un approved manner, then my mind flashed back to the look on people's face at the second shop, it was then it occurred to me that something was wrong with what i was looking for. To me, It was either i wasn't getting the pronunciation right or something not until i got home and got some people laughing at me after i shared my experience.
