Hi guys.. I'm new to this.. But after working tirelessly on two calls.. I was told to continue and submitted, the calls came back.. On one, the Rep hung up and the call got stuck there but was still showing 6 minutes remaining. What do I do? And I didn't see any ratings and still saying "you're still editing". |
