So, for the first time, I tried refreshing my page this night and saw 2 calls available. One was over 6mins and the other was over 9mins. I was so eager to get them opened, but by the way, why should they be paying as low as 2.1$ for transcribing an over 9mins call. Anyways, as I was saying, I was so eager to see what it looked like and I jumped right into it. Omo mehnnnn, as the page open ehn, I just confuse o. I messed around with the thing and ended up deleting all the text there and could not find a way to bring it all back in. I had to just release the call. Tho, it had over 6hrs works time but fear just catch me.

Please, someone, help me with a tutorial video link, I don't think I want to mess up with this thing, I need the money and I work from home so I have a lot of time in my hands.
Maybe you should do Ctrl+Z or release the call

So, I took another shot at it and this time around I was really feeling myself and hoping for a score of 4 or 5.

Omo, after the rating I got a fuckn 1star. and these for reasons;
- Branding: Plane Finance Lion Finance
- Improper use of ellipsis.
- Exceeded allowed number of inaudible
- Several punctuation, sentence construction/segmentation errors. {12}

So far, I have learnt that, taking time to read and digest the FAQ is the main key to success with this hustle, although, there are some calls are are annoyingly inaudible and theres nothing someone can do about such.

Does anyone know about webmoney or perfect money means of receiving payment? Which is a better alternative?

perfect money is less stressful. The security system in webmoney is ridiculous, the login alone stresses me out

and apparently more exchangers do perfectmoney

Bring paypal your funds, I know alert has dropped.

Secondly, my paypal solution still available for those already making money on the platform.
A dedicated paypal email for you.
Don't loose your money to paypal's unfortunate limitation.

I was asked to retry the transcribing, which I did and had a rating of 2 stars. I failed again. Mehnnn, it's hard o. It was an over 5mins audio. Spent almost 2 hours 30mins or more all in all to get it done. The customer care person was inaudible a lot of the time and I had to constantly loop on some shit within. I'm pissed, but I'm hopeful and I will get back at it later in the day. For now, I need to still catch some sleep. Thanks so much guys and God will continue to bless our hustle.

Hello guys, please how do you label a call in which 2 reps were first conversing and after a while a rep hands over a customer to the other rep? Am I to strictly keep the owner of the call as the rep and the other rep and customer as customers?

Rep, rep, customer. Label the reps as reps and the customer as customer. Hope that helps.

It's crucial you learn to differentiate o, it's not automatic.

Depends. Some calls like HL require both ears if I remember correctly. If your speaker is good enough, why not use it?

You can make both the rep and customer to speak from both, you have to set it by yourself under accessibility settings of your phone. I am currently able to work on them like the other calls. Same applies to Squore calls.

To be clear, the functionality you're describing is something we've had suggested to us. And I believe it's in development. We're very focused on building the best product in the space, but we still have to prioritise new features. To reiterate, you're looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts, and see the top metrics for all highlighted accounts. Is that right?

Check your card balance, PayPal will not send you an alert to that effect. The money hits your card within 5seconds of transaction success.

Evening all. Apart from the *346# [NIN SMS service], is dia any method that I can use in checking my NIN number? I've misplaced the sim I used for registration, but I have the plastic. I urgently need it. I was told that the numbers on the ID card ain't the NIN number. Help please.

guys it seems this transcribing is really hard. My first work now was rated 1 I don't know why.
Poor Transcription Quality, please make sure that audio matches the transcription and that the transcription follows the FAQ guidelines. This was what they sent me.

There are always calls. Since I got a silver badge I dont have problems getting calls. But the thing is most of the calls are FC and I can barely hear what they say. So far I made all my moneywithout one funding circle call

Morning all. How do I transcribe "five points per dollar", "for every dollar you spend" and "1000 savings dollars"? I'm confused and I don't think the FAQ makes this clear enough. I could also write is as "five points per $1", "for every $1 you spend" and "$1000 savings" so i don't know which one passes.

The FAQ gives you instructions and the rest is for you to think. The bolded is okay.

I am a newbie like you and have been advised to stick to clear calls for now and pick more complex calls as I get better at it.

There are easy and clear to hear calls. Stick with those and release the difficult calls.

Also, check the glossary too. Some of the keywords in the call can be found there. You can also ask questions in the #querydesk section on Slack.

You can leave the unclear words and just continue transcribing at first. Then when editing before submitting, listen again. The words might become clearer then.

These are the things I have learned so far, I hope they help you too.
Mind if you mentor me? I'll be glad.
