Thank you bro.. I intend to use varieties of cards though (prepaid cards) and that's why i am concerned about the appeal thing, if it is going to be much stress maybe i'll chill till a new govt is in place and cbn gives new directives on card purchases hopefully.

Appeal is not a bad thing; just a proof of your legal access to the said card by providing the card image, your ID or owner's ID and statement of account of the said card (which could be email transaction alert screenshot, in app screenshot or in-app generated statement)

Virtual USD card providers with the best rates usually have crypto funding options. If it doesn't have crypto funding option, it's almost guaranteed that their exchange rate will be relatively high.

i am into crypto, i just wanted to know if there's any other way to fund gotok card apart from the crypto option

Don't be scammed. There's no CBN exchange rate anywhere except directly from Nigerian banks. Even banks can't sell to you at CBN rate.

Most of these fintech apps draining peeps up & down are actually owned and/controlled by our banks i guess

The only closest hope i see for peeps buying at official rate is through crypto i.e if the restrictions on buying from your naija account directly is been lifted, then one can buy directly to say like binance, use virtual dollar card apps like Gotok to convert & purchase items online
