1. Is payment on both Ali express and Alibaba strictly based on pay before delivery ?

2. And If yes, pls how secured ? I want to believe the marketplace is free of scammers ?

3. And if not free of scammers, what are the signs to know the genuine suppliers there ?

4. And please hope nothing like shipping is stopped for now because of covid 19 ?.Hope no delay in delivery cos of that, especially if I will use DHL

1. Of course it's pay before delivery, it's like buying on eBay and Amazon and expecting pay on delivery,lolll.
2. You can't be scammed cos Alixpress is serving as an escrow, the seller will only be paid after you received your item.
3. See number 2. You will be refunded in full if your item fails to arrive after 90days of shipment.
4. It's a global pandemic, logistics is definitely affected even with DHL but you should receive your item within 6 weeks using DHL. Note if you are buying a phone and you ship via DHL, you might be charged custom fee.

I got one of my orders today. Bought on 21 Feb arrived Nigeria 1 July. Got to local PO on 6th July. 3 more to go. I already got refunded last week when seller refused to extend BP.

If your address is not complete, let’s say it only has street name no local government like Ikeja or ajah and the package has arrived Lagos, is there anyway I can know which post office it is in because I’ve not gotten any text or call for 2 weeks

Out of the recent orders I've made in the past two weeks, I decided to use DHL with one that is most important and of course exoensive. There were also options for AESS, Singapore, FedEx. The DHL option cost an extra 11k.

Shipped on the 2nd of this month, I was called today to expect the courier guy at my delivery address. Unfortunately I'm not around, I hope to pick it up at the DHL office next week.

The other orders, mostly on 4px are stuck at "hand over to airline". One on Cainiao is progressing albeit slowly.

I'm now reviewing my cart to see items that can be moved to DHL with minimal charges. I think I can live with something less than 10k increase in shipping fees for items of 30k upwards.
can u ship with dhl for me also please. as in make i tag with you and pay partial shipment
