Hello Friends
Please I want to know, if you shop at aliexpress and perhaps you don't get your order, is there any legal office where one can lay complains so as to get the order or money back??.

Aliexpress itself is the only legal mediator between you and the seller.
Open dispute on the platform, provide enough proofs, and allow Aliexpress do the judgement.
Your money is almost always secure, except there's a foul play from your own end.

PS: I usually get my orders; and I've never lost a dispute when the stuff I order for doesn't match the desired and projected quality.

Hello everyone in the house , I bought a phone on aliexpress since August 2020 when I tracked it around November it was in transit, so after my protection time ran out I opened dispute, but aliexpress said was invalid, then opened appeal they told me the item is in Nigeria already.
Please is any one going facing this issue?

I use my access bank for this payment and I request for refund because the seller don't ship on time and I have not been refunded till now but today I check my account and this is what I see there, does this mean that I have been refunded because I don't get any alert yet please enlight me
