joseph1832: Like I said, it will be a long ride.... COZA wants to take it legal..... Which is cool, at least to prove to those who are already brainwashed that he is innocent..... But this same act might throw a lot of dirt on him.... All the dakolo's did was a story, I will like to see what COZA will do.... Is going to be an interesting ride..... The bible said, good name is better than riches... COZA is already loosing that good name.... |

After enjoying the labour of their slay and got excess of what they asked for, they called it rape when the man refuse to pay the bill. Someone bomb your puss* more than twice you called it rape. Ere kinni aja nba ekun see. After spending money on you and later enjoying yourself you try to drag the person down. Hope he didn't use rope to drag you to wherever you do it. 1 Like |

martowskin1:the bible in more recent times, have proved to be wrong. If you believe good name is better than riches, ask the family of Abacha, IBB, GEJ and many others who have bad names but have wealth beyond anything, and that wealth is what they usually use to get whatever they want, as long as money can buy it. If Fatoyinbo wants to play dirty, the Dakolo's might have beaten more than what they can chew because, I don't see how they can produce any evidence to back up their claim. Except of course when the alleged deed was done there was evidence of communication between Fatoyinbo and Dakolo's wife. |

He who alleges must prove. That’s the law. Rape is a criminal offense and there are clear procedures in law to follow even before publicity stunts. Let’s see how this matter will unfold. I personally feel they did not get their strategy right. You don’t accuse someone on social media before the matter goes to the police and then to the court of law. They should have taken action on this years ago and in the present circumstances, they should have still taken the legal steps and allow investigations concluded and taken to Court before their social media publications and that is if their lawyers would even allow them to prejudice a matter in court. I feel this thing will hit them harder than the accused. Social media is not the Court of law. They forget that this country has laws. The same way they have the freedom of speech to accuse him, the man has the freedom too to sue them heavily for billions especially where (if) they did not follow the due process of law. When the drama start, they will realize that social media will not be there to pay the claims. That’s why a man must chose his battles carefully. You don’t just stand out to fight. You plan, you weight the gains and losses and you put your arms in order first! 1 Like |

[quote author=justflow1 post=79754018]An intellect as Abike, needn't have to outrightly subscribe for a jail term for the man of God yet. "a person is innocent until he is proven guilty" tho might be fallacious in its real sense, but the bottomline is that, unkle Biodun had not given a reply yet, and there are no evidences yet either major or circumstantial. hence prudence care need to be taken.... i think Abike is suppose to be a diplomat? now she is offending the other party, no wonder our brothers and sisters are bagging jail term up mid east without any substantial step been taken by her office to curtail such demeaning act BTW, I subscribe a death sentence for a rapist that had been proven GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt by a court of competent jusrisdiction.... She said if "found guilty" he deserve a jail term. And what if he's a man of God? Was pastor king not a man of God or u wanna tell me that Nigeria is facing had time because she jailed a postor? We need to wake up |

justflow1: Abike did not outrightly subscribe for a jail term for Fatoyinbo. By the way, note that I did not refer to him as Man of God because I do not believe he is a Man of God. It is only God that knows who is serving him. MoG or no MoG, the bill Abike sponsored prescribed a life jail term for rapist. There is no diplomacy in the said law nor is 'touch not my annoited' Remember Rev King. I am with you on death sentence for rapist. |
