I'm tired of eating the same food everyday. all the restaurant here are selling the same thing with each other and on every day. the selection is very few. imagine rice -beans-plaintain, apko-eba-semo, for soup egusi, drawing soup and rarely vegetables.

anything wrong if im purchase hot akara from mama ngozi wey dey fry akara on saturday mornings.just try put variety in ur menu.there are resturants dat serve moi moi and some clean mama put even dey serve u beans.agh if u dey eat akpu or pounded yam u will get tired nau though some ppl dont get tired consuming heavy fufu every night.

You are right. As with everything else, our Nigerian cuisine never evolved. Our cuisine mostly consists of recipes that our fore fathers created. We don't have chefs in Nigeria, we have cooks. No innovation.
