Social commentator, Ademola Adigun says the controversial President Buhari administration led Ruga settlement is is anchored on corruption.

Adigun said this in a post on his official Facebook page, stating that the scheme was designed to steal funds.

He said, “The whole RUGA process is anchored on corruption. It is not designed to solve a problem. It is designed to steal funds.”

“Let us start with some fundamentals. Cow herding is a business. The second is that there are genuine herdsmen that need spaces to graze. The third is that we have always had herdsmen around us. The fourth is that it is wrong to associate criminality and violence with a business or a tribe.”
