Hate has destroyed some people including their footsoldiers on NL- FORUM.Ask your self, who owns the company? Why must you drag the VP in or it because he once worked in Lagos as Attorney? Must everything be destroyed for Politics sake.?

Few responses above shows that Nigerians are their own problem. A petition was written and sent to EFCC. The so called antigraft agency claims the petition doesn't comes with facts So, they expect the petitioner to do their own findings for them? You have received a petition for Christ sake, why not act on it?

Funniest thing, hungry bleaked future children above are already saying it's politics. Nigeria and Nigerians are not worth your one second.

Mrakeli:
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) said yesterday that investigation into an alleged N100bn Alpha Beta scam involving Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s firm is ongoing.

EFCC in a statement by its acting Spokesperson, Tony Orilade reacted to a story in the Punch Newspaper of Saturday, July 13, 2019, titled: Osinbajo’s firm linked to company fingered in alleged N100bn Alpha Beta scam.

The statement reads: “While not denying the fact that such petition was received on Alpha Beta by the Commission last year, preliminary investigation has shown that the petitioner did not substantiate the allegation contained in his petition.

“For the records, the Alpha Beta investigation is ongoing and we have nothing to hide over the matter. If the petitioner has any further proof with regards to the petition, our doors are wide open.

“As a tradition, we do not deal on hearsay, we act on facts and raw data. The Commission will not allow anybody to drag its name and reputation into the mud for ill-motive reasons.”

Then the petitioner should send proofs and make it public.

So EFCC wont be able to deny anything.

That is common sense and simple enough but as usual the chronic idiots called opposition just write for wiring sake.

Imagine them shouting Herdsmen killed the woman but the driver said Masked Men.

So Herdsmen now use mask to follow cows around so cows won't recognize them.

If Evans and his gang are yet to be arrested they will be called Herdsmen too.

Herdsmen are able to procure automatic weapons but you think they are unable to get a mask...

Like they prosecuted Fayose when he was still in power?
You can't prosecute a sitting governor. Stop acting like an illiterate.

dirtycoin:
The cabal wants to implicate the VP, Yemi Osibanjo.

Serves him right though. He sold his conscience since he joined his principal, PMB to lie to Nigerians.

By the way, what is the EFCC doing concerning the videos showing Governor Ganduje accepting kickbacks in United States Dollars from contractors? That case should have been treated and dusted by now if they are not following a script.

Are you this daft? Is it not people that roam in a particular area that will cover their faces? Do I need to cover my face if I go to rob in sokoto? It's because the herdsmen will soon be roaming the area with cattle after the incident, they would not want to be recognized by the locals.

The finance minister that forged documents to defraud the government, what evidence did EFCC need?

if that is the case, let EFCC charge the case to court and allow the petitioner to come and give evidence. I can see how you fools try to cover up fraud when the ruling party is involved!!

Nonentity, the case is over 1 year now, and the petitioner has refused to come with evidence only hearsay from Upper iweka and Radio Biafra unfortunately no competent of law relies on hearsay

Am not surprised FG is coming up with this bogus allegations against the VP. Long before now, attempts on the life of osinbajo was made but the perpetrators failed. We re waiting to see how far they will go with this latest sacrilege
I am of the opinion that the northern elites feared for the president's life just in case he is not able to stay alive to round off his second tenure which will automatically made osinbajo the next president of the federal republic in the event of the demise of the president
Long life pmb and long long live the federal republic of nigeria

There is no proof. Just politics
Allegation came from the Former MD of Alpha Beta. He knows the in and out of the organization. EFCC is still sitting on the corruption petition against Oshiomhole,Akpabio,Amaechi,Fashola,Timpriye Sylva,Ganduje and Fayemi. As long as you belong to APC you are untouchable.

How would you say the former MD of a company did not substantiate an allegation..

We saw the binded multiple page documents sent to EFCC with dates and details..

To those saying its politics above, it's your hard earned money that is being stolen, if not for anything atleast demand for investigation.
If Alpha Beta was owned owned by a PDP politician DSS,Army,Navy,EFCC and the police will be raiding the organization.
