Origi deserves the Ballon d'or more!!!  He is the best "big game" player in 2019!!! In terms of trophies: Bernaldo Silva, Gabriel Jesus, Eder son, Allison, Mahrez/Mane, and Dani Alves deserves the Ballon d'or more... If they really want to give it to the best player of 18/19, then no one even come close to Messi, unless we are being bias. Even when we talk about winning trophies, then the likes of Bernardo Silva, Sallah, Mane, Mahrez (if he win the AFCON) and VVD should win it. Ronaldo? He shouldn't even be in top 3, he wasn't consistent and If I remember very well, his last goal in the league came in February and he came 4th in the goal chart... He can only win for marketing. If they give anyone the award aside Messi, then the award should be tagged "UCL Ballon D'or" In fact, they should even give it to Origi 6 Likes |

Sorry Ronaldo but Ballon dor 2019 is between Van Dyke and Messi. And the months of August, September and October have a lot to decide in it. If Liverpool win the Community Shield and the UEFA Super Cup and are 1st or 2nd in the league by October then Van Dyke wins it hands down irrespective of what Messi does. But if Messi resumes the season banging in goals and is top scorer in la liga and the champions league by October, it gives him a very good chance. 4 Likes |
