tuniski: He is right. You do not need a witness to win a badly presented case.The essence of witness is just to fortify your defense,if inevitable. The petitioner has to prove his case beyond any reasonable doubt. 3 Likes |

muykem:No,the controversy about the server will be resolved at the courts. Whistle blowers aint refer to police rather they are protected. The wosrt that can happen is the court to rule that they aiint convinced there is server. However, that is dicey. |

GoodGovernance:The Petitioner doesn't have to prove his case beyond reasonable doubt. This is a civil, not a criminal, case. All the Petitioner needs is to prove his case by preponderance of evidence. I agree with you anyway that a Respondent needs not necessarily call a witness in a badly presented case. 1 Like |
