No young brilliant minds... This is just settlement of loyalparty stalwarts.. No technocrats and we expect this Government to be different and perform wonders. This is absolute rubbish.
Dare Sunday, Architect Adegbite, Festus Keyamo, Raji Fashola, Isa Pantami, Sharon Ikeazor etc are all young and brilliant technocrats.

You know for some people, if they don't know the anybody on the list, that means there are no technocrats.

Let me drop the profile of some of the short-listed Ministers, hopefully it will help (re)shape the narratives and get us to ask more pertinent questions. The reality is that there is hardly anyone on that list that does not have a somewhat impressive profile

1. Abia
Abia State nominee, Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, was the governorship candidate of the APC in the last general elections in the state. Born on December 22, 1969), Ogah is an oil magnate, entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. He is the President of Master Energy Group, a conglomerate with over 15 subsidiaries and interests across a variety of industries. He holds the Nigerian national honour, the Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON)

Ogah attended the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu State where he obtained Upper Credit at Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in 1992 and Distinction at the Higher National Diploma (HND) Level in 1995 in Accounting. He also attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) where he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in 2005. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree (Banking and Finance) from Ogun State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos, among other qualifications.

I understand prior to founding Masters Energy, he was an AGM at Zenith Bank......

About 5weeks ago the OPTS had confidential information, a short-list of people (if my memory serves me right Atedo Peterside, Aig Imokhuede were on the short-list) likely to be minister of Petroleum, and Jeddy Agba was the only one with Oil & Gas industry experience. It was a tough choice as the others had towering profiles in business, finance, banking etc. A major constituency are the Oil and Gas players, and I think apart from being a party member, his industry experience gave him the edge.

I was actually rooting for Atedo Peterside, but I think his fiery anti-Buhari stand knocked him out
Aig imoukuhuede would have made a good finance minister.it will be the first time in history my state will have the petroleum ministry although keyamo, sylva and akpabio can also fit there

The least thing you could have done was to answer the question graciously and not naturally assume I had a secondary intention.
