*How do I successfully pay the one time$25 fee with a Nigerian bank account
* How do I post it on play Store after paying the one time $25 fee
*How do I receive my money if my apps where to be bought
*Can I get my money in my local bank account

Playstore is not for buying and selling of apps but to display your app so android users can find and download it.

it's quite easy.

But is it just me or has anybody noticed that a large percentage of Nigerians do not like reading to fine answer, especially when exams are not involved.
