There's a building at Akani street, Mgbuoba in Obio/Akpor LGA, Rivers State that is worse than this building. The house is a one-storey building and although it has not collapsed yet, is cracked, bent to one side and in a swampy area. I don't know how to contact the relevant authorities but there are person living inside. This building may collapse anytime soon.

The fucking country is a jungle, anything goes. Everyone just does what suits them.

When you operate a country where rules are broken every second by those who are supposed to uphold it, what do you expect ? Such bodies might exist but won't do their jobs well, why? They are hungry and looking for who will buy their conscience. The country needs to be wiped out and restarted. It's NOT working!

This house was built even before your birth, it's old naw, so it has nothing to do with cement ratio mixture

Somany houses in bariga have been built over 50yrs and most of their landlords are not alive to maintain it

Those who inherited it doesn't want to spend money for renovation
