I have been at home for 3 months now. recently, I was called for employment to join Bagco group for the position of Management trainee but the thing is that my mind is somewhere else like shell, PW Engineering. The worst thing is that I dont have another Job. The place I stay is very far from the Office. Since I cannot concentrate there, Sholud i leave the place for a "BETTER" job somewhere? They are payingg N44,000 for the trainee program. pls help before i do something stupid on monday.

Come clean guy. You said uv being at home 4 3months.That you don't have a job now,and you equally asked if you should leave the place for a "BETTER" one .which one we go follow.

tips: edit your post and tell us if u have a job aside the bagco own.

There is hope. BAGCO is a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nig Plc (Golden Penny)
Your pay will increase after the Mgt Trainee thing.
However, this should not stop you from applying to Shell or whatever

A good place to work. Flexible working time, good overtime, end of bonuses especially at the end of year etc. But like most Nigerian companies, your growth depends on who you know, who brought you in etc. My advice, Take up the offer but please don't stop the search.
