How can you separate religion from leadership? Even the Americans (masters of democracy) tell us that their country is built on their belief and dependence on God. The Americans have a national thanksgiving day. The biggest economies in the world are deeply religious.

You are either born a leader or you learn leadership skills. Even a born leader must learn how to apply leadership skills appropriately.

The problem of our countty is one word - CORRUPTION. It has driven into the blood of our people. This country was not this bad in the 60s, 70s and early 80s. Some evil men got into power and negatively afflicted our value system. Leaders are mostly there on self aggrandisement missions. Sentiments come in when they introduce their croonies who are expected to help them perpetrate their crimes.

Look at the state of infrastructures. Ambode spent 4 years in Lagos and was only able to build parks and cinema houses. He left Lagos dirtier than he met it and the road infrastructure was worse than he met it. Have you been informed of how much he got as severance package? Look at the other states. Some people used Boko Haram as a weapon against Yaradua and Jonathan. They used it to make billions of naira for themselves. Today we can see the result. This present government cannot find a clue against Boko Haram.

Soludo tried to re-denominate the naira in 2006 under Obasanjo but members of the then national assembly blocked it. You know why? Most of them had illegal sums stashed away that could not find their ways into the banks. They killed that move that would have made our economy better.

Eliminate corruption in this country and see a massive country.
