A reputable International School in Lagos requires experience and an enthusiastic House Matron/ House Parent to join our Boarding House Team.

Requirement, Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum of B.Ed, 1st degree and a PGDE in English Language/ Psychology/ Guidance and counselling or any relevant discipline.

2. Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in the Boarding House environment.

3. Applicant must be able to instil discipline and manage boarding house affairs perfectly.

4. Applicant must be thorough and pay attention to details.

5. Respect and fondness for children is a must.

6. Highly conscientious and committed to the highest standards of professional service.

7. Ability to relate well with different groups of students of different ages and backgrounds

8 Applicant must be able to form professional relationships with teenagers and must be sympathetic, understanding with a good sense of humour and great supervisory skills.

9 Excellent listening, communication, writing, organizational, Research and IT skills.
