Look at those start up very well, does anyone look like an upcoming start up company, they are already established hence they can have does big beautiful office. Am sure they didnt start with such office.
The reason for such office is to make staff so comfortable so they can think critically because tech business requires alot of thinking and planning.
That ur friend that spend so much on office didn't get his priority right.

Establishment is a very tricky term.

As a bank for example, u have to source deposits at low interest rate, lend it out at higher interest rate, and hope all or most of your depositors don't come asking for their money.
Now a new bank with some seemingly impressive level of deposits but low level of loan repayable ( or expected loan repayment ) may end up celebrating a nonexistent or premature establishment.

This is why I said "establishment is a very tricky term".

I'm from Cross-River state and understand that terrain. However I am a lawyer, but best believe you'll need one especially in dealing with legal issues whether at registering with CAC or preparing your Articles and Memo, etc; or even advicing your office properly.

I get what you are saying, but u can't compare paystack, andela, cc hub etc to a new start up of just a yr or few months old.
