Ulcer is really bad. I feel sorry for him. embarassed

It's not just about treating him for Ulcer, they should check the type of Ulcer he has... It could be Peptic, or Gastric Ulcer.

After the test, he should learn to eat every 2hrs for straight one month(Both day and night). If he can't eat like that, he should drink raw pap in between.

For example;

6am: Raw Pap
8am: Breakfast
10am: Raw Pap
12pm: First Lunch
1pm: second lunch (maybe snack)
2pm: Raw Pap
3:30pm: Lunch
6:00pm: Dinner
8:00pm: Raw Pap
10:00pm: Dinner

He should have some fruits in the house Incase he wakes up at night. I don't know the secret behind the raw pap remedy but it cures ulcer faster than those drugs at the pharmacy.

shocked

I relate to your concern...but if your dad has been living with this condition for over 15years then maybe you shouldn't be bothered anymore.
It is not suffering to him, it is a way of life.

His brain must have sent impulses to his nerves and over time he shoulda become accustomed to the pain...then, he only is aware that he feels pain yet accepts it.

Try Irish potato therapy. Blend the potatoes raw like 5 pieces , and make juice of about 75cl out of it. Let him take it at intervals like a glass cup 3 times a day. Its very effective dealing with ulcers and stomach troubles , that was what i used to cure my long years of ulcer when all medicines prescribed failed.
Just google how to use potato cure ulcers or stomach pains.

It's more of diet. Our diets are too more acidic these days. Eating more alkaline foods can bring the body to a state of healing itself. No disease can thrive in an alkaline body. Unfortunately, no medication can help in an acidic state. Go learn about alkaline diet.

Tell your daddy to go and do h.pylori serum and stool tests asap. Doctors do not understand it at all. H.pylori is the cause of almost all peptic ulcers. Doctors treat symptoms, whereas the main source of the damage is left untreated until your daddy gets colon cancer. But far from it in Jesus' name. I pray doctors reading this take to correction and research h.pylori very well.

Click here to read about: Dr. Barry Mashall who first proved all his colleagues wrong that H.pylori is the main cause of ulcer. He was awarded Nobel Prize Laureate in Physiology and Medicine for this work. Doctors ridiculed him when he started the work, but he proved them all wrong.

I still do not understand why doctors don't check h.pylori first, but keep treating symptoms. Doctors are like robots. It's the procedures they are handed over they follow. And the movers are drugs manufacturers. They always work hand in hand with biologists, microbiologist, pharmacologists, and genetics specialists. It is the drugs these people push out doctors have no choice but to recommend. The only set of doctors that are different are oncologist because they have realised that there are special ways our body responds to treatment.

Read about that doctor to know more. Tell your daddy to quickly run to a good diagnostic center to do the tests. I am almost sure it's h.pylori. That bug is a ba.st.ard.

Other symptoms your dad might be experiencing are: uncurable eczema, dandruff, athlete foot, erectile dysfunction, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, migraine, and many more.

Note: There is no need for any endoscope again. The man is already an ulcer patient. And endoscope is one of the main sources of being infected with h.pylori. They usually don't sterilize the tube very well to kill h.pylori. Don't try endoscope.

Most of the symtoms, he gat. You people better run run run.

Let him go for CTSCAN too. If no tumor is found, he should go for blood cancer cells screening too. Take note of all these procedures. As soon as he is positive for h.pylori, let him find a good oncologist. Reconstructive surgeon who understands cancer to treat him.

If your dad is bucks up, he can go for a comprehensive test for fast relieve and accelerated treatment. His stool will be sent abroad. Nigerian doctors do not understand this procedure at all. But I can explain everything to you as soon as he is confirmed h.pylori positive.

He needs 1 to 2 years to get himself restored to normal health. But he can get relieved in 2 months if he is able to do the comprehensive test to eradicate all infections. Most of the supplements he is going to take will be ordered from abroad. He must change his diet.

There are some tests that can recommend both antibiotics and herbal options. But he may first have to use antibiotics to get relieved before doing the test.

I pray he gets healed in Jesus' name.

Hello! I am experiencing an abdominal discomfort for about 6 years as well. Find my response to a related post , l dont if it could answer some of your questions

! I think l am experiencing the same symptoms you have listed below ,the only difference is that mine comes with abdominal pain.
I started experiencing these in 2013 right after a loss of a loved one and l was been treated for anxiety. I observed that l when l sleep, l have no issue, l sleep very well . However, immediately l am up, it's always as if l didnt sleep at all and l could even get more tired than l was before sleeping.

Mind you, l have done 2 abdominal scans,ECG, EKG, H.Pylori test and Endoscopy all in Nigeria. Fast forward to recent months, l relocated to Canada and l went to the best of hospitals here by taking advantage of the free medical facilities. They had my blood work twice and had the popular CT
scan but the results were also normal. Then a doctor suggested that l should test for H.pylori again which came out positive. I am presently taking a drug for the H.pylori and has been booked to see a gastrointerologist as well. The moral of the story is that, all is well ,fear not.
I have been here for 6 years, l have watched my robust muscle and shining yellow skin to that of a" brown skin boy" but l am going to win whatever it is. Just like l said, l have experienced all that you listed , calm down.

You may also want to remember when it a started and some events in your life that preceded it. Cheers.

Oga, all is not well yet. Stop giving him false hope. The man is already suffering from ulcer. You are just lucky like many others. All is well after his CTSCAN comes out negative like yours. I have seen 2 years symptoms and bammmm! cancer. And I have seen a patient who carried it for over 60 years without having cancer. Why do you think you were asked to go for many scans. Everything you had is what cancer patients experince in the initial stage. You better start jumping up, and thank your God if you believe in one. Those symtoms are bad. Just go read about h.pylori very well, and understand how it works, then you will realise why it is so disastrous. It is after CTScan comes out clean, then the person can say.....All is well.

You are lucky you are in Canada. No one can treat you with doing proper check up, and the right tests. But as soon as you get it right, you start feeling better.

Most people who go to doctors with different complains which doctors cannot treat well should check themselves for infections. They should visit specialists. But first, I would do h.pylori test to rule it out. It should be one test recommended for almost all patients Infact, everyone in Nigeria should go for it. Simple as ABC.

I know the reason I am writing about it like this. It is becoming nasty in Nigeria. Your first road to freeing yourself is getting your diet right. If you like consume the best antibiotics in the world and your body is still inflammed, you will not get good result. You must change your eating style before you are totally free. Go online and make proper research. May God heal you totally.

I don't have any drug or medicine I am selling to anyone, I am only giving tips you should discuss with your doctor. Good luck!

Not a good news, but he has known what is wrong with him. My suggestion is that he should seek experts' opinion on the way forward. You know I keep writing it that no self medication. I am against self medication. Medical tests first. And as a matter of fact, at times, the amount patients spend on medical examinations is more than the needed treatment itself. Bad diagnosis is terrible. Your dad needs to help doctors too. It is why it is necessary to not throw away old tests and medical examinations. I keep mine like my certificates, and I keep soft copies too. Anything can happen at anytime (we don't pray for bad things to happen, but we must always be ready to fight back), just pack everything (photocopies) out for medical practitioners to have a look. Many times, from my experiences there is always something underneath these strange diseases. Of course, he needs fast attention, but he needs to look back deep, and help doctors with his medical history.

His diet must change. What we eat is responsible for many negative issues with our body, but first, get him to solve the kidney challenges fast. You guys must rally around him, support him, and get him up again.

Again, you guys must be sure it is really a kidney problem. Please, make sure it is a reputable diagnostic center. Many are gone (they are no more) because of wrong diagnosis in Nigeria. If your family is financial ok, please, check, double check, and act fast.

I am going to repeat it here: it doesn't matter these days that people smoke, drink, whatsoever, or they do not. What pesticides, herbicides are doing to us is terrible. The amount of chemicals and cancerous substances farmers and warehouse owners spray on grains, vegetables and other kinds of farm produce is enough to damage everyone's kidney or liver. GMO food is bad. Everyone should take setting up organic garden a priority. I remember Ben Bruce gave an advice some years back for good health. He said, he doesn't understand why government is encouraging imported chemical iced fish when there are places like Makoko, Lagos where fishermen go into the river to fish, and places like that can be developed. Fish caught and sold fresh in such environment is the best. No chemical. Go check Agric section on nairaland, and read about what chemicals farmers use to grow fish, chickens, pigs, etc. Animal feed is filled with chemicals, steroids, and hormones these days. Chicken genetics are changed that a day old chicken can be ready in just 4 to 6 weeks, when it used to take months in the past. They are confined to cages or artificial prisons in large population, and in order to keep infection under control, large doses of antibiotics are administered on them. If you go to open markets like mile 12, you will understand we are eating poison. Even, shopping at malls and grocery stores like shoprite, spar, hubmart, must be done with sense. I know what to pick there. Can, pasta, bread, etc are big "No" for me these days. No way!

Ripening of food with chemical is bad. Orange, banana, plantain, mango, and some other fruits are ripened with Calcium carbide. Those old women fruit traders are wicked. They have been warned to stop it. I can tell you that most of those traders use it. What I do is that I buy directly from farmers these days. At times, I go to where unriped ones are sold. I buy where retailers buy when it is green. If you doubt me, buy those fresh looking banana from road side banana/groundnut seller. Not the small varieties, but those big fresh looking types. Don't eat it that night, but check it like 1 or 2 days later. You will be shocked that banana inside will start rotten, while the skin is still fresh. A wise decision is to buy fresh unriped ones and keep, and you discover it will take reasonable time for it to ripe well. If you are sharp, and you tell those market women (not banana/groundnut sellers) who sell quite a large number of bunches, and you insist you don't want chemical ripened type (you insist politely, friendly, and jokingly after their denials, and offer to pay more for any unripe that has not been treated with chemicals), they will just walk inside, or make calls to get another set of fruits for you, but make sure you buy it so you do not be a victim of their wickedness. You will be shocked. I am a farmer, I know what I am writing here.

If you have a fairly large compound where you live, you better learn how to raise poultry, fish, rabbit, etc organically. And also learn how to grow your own vegetables vertically to use your space responsibly, smartly, and excellently. Produce the eggs you eat by yourself too. Anyone who wants to live long will find a way to start asap.

I pray for his fast recovery.
