Report him to the nearest barracks with his full details and some evidences. Proceed to the Nigerian army website and do the same. If you can get to top official in the Nigerian police do the same. The soldier will be dismissed. If you can contact Abba too. Good luck.

Go to any barracks, ask for MP military police, provide specific details and they would find him
