A guy up there summed it up Someone was even vexing that the dude said he prefers Egypt to beat him than Naija Asin, how's that wrong? Everyone says that after a football match, even at club level People who are violent from heart are just taking advantage of the situation How do you expect hatred to drive out hatred? 1 Like |

Actually AKA never said anything wrong. Where did this uproar come from? He even tweeted a picture of himself draped in the Nigerian flag with fela in the background. Nigerians should apologize to that dude. He was caught in the crossfire and football brings that kinda passion (the one in the tweet) in you 3 Likes |

Matured one coming from MI. That farm tool called Toke Makinwa will never see or have a reason to tender an apology. She thinks doing fvckery with South African politicians is patriotism. Empty brains! |

Gadafii: AKA said nothing wrong. When Ghana won us in football, wasnt it painful? Nigeria/Ghana, Nigeria/Cameroon, Nigeria/SA are football rivals. Matches between both countries raise alot of sentiments. Its not hate. Unfortunately, you might be unelightened to understand that. |

Stevecovey:Reading through the tweets, it's clear that AKA wasn't at fault and Ycee was just overly emotional. Too bad that Nigerians are too quick to jump into conclusions and they have the herd mentality. Reminds me of how everyone concluded without evidence that Fatoyinbo was a rapist and matched down to his church asking him to step down. 1 Like |

AKA is cool/gentle, he is not known to be violent, it's a good thing he realised the weight of his platform, and apologize for making sensitive remarks. His remarks about us winning them in football, sounds like playful rivalry, just the way Nigeria and Ghana don't like loosing to each other, but due to violent events Nigerians wanted a pound of flesh, which is normal, i don't think AKA wish death or harm, he has a right to speak for his country, albeit a bit insensitive. Those useless and lazy South African touts and looters have always been around, they don't work for AKA, he did not send them to carry out the attacks...the South African government is to blame, because it seems there is a systemic agenda to rid their countries of black foreign nationals...anyways I hope the Nigerian government follow up with the actions they stated, and all those threatening him should chill, the guy has apologised. 1 Like |

AKA said nothing wrong. Ycee started this hate with his senseless over sensitive comments. I expected Nigerians to rebuke him but instead we made him look like a sensible guy. I'm not surprised sha... Alas, this is Nigeria... We're always celebrating the wrong things.... Wrong people. I'm still watching to see how the whole film ends... Lolz |
