Sorry about your experience. Mine is exactly the opposite.. Switched to 9mobile a few years back and it has been awesome. I am on more life complete package, which deducts #5 on my first call of the day and then 11kps to all networks subsequently. I'm on CUG so I talk endlessly with family and friends on the network at 1k recharge monthly. I use their #200 1g data valid for 3 days, hence using 2k for 10g of data monthly. For me, 9 mobile rocks..

You'd have to call their customer care to put you through it. It's been a while I used it and I have completely forgotten. So sorry about that
