sassysure: It isn't worrisome my brother! The fact that it's only on metrolyric does not validate your claim. Metrolyrics could have mistaken Tupac for Tuface. Besides, which other site corroborate this claim aside only Metrolyrics? If African Queen was copied from Tupac word for word then people managing Tupac's estate would have sued Tuface a long time ago when the same African Queen was a major soundtrack for this American movie, 'Phat Girls'. Oyinbos don't joke with intellectual theft. Lastly, on a lighter note, so Tupac sabi 'won ye mo' as written in verse three of the same song on Metrolyrics? The third verse Black face claim Tuface added to the song. In all, you have an unverifiable claim with nothing but Metrolyrics only to support you. Even Tupac's unpublished catalogue has no African Queen title. 5 Likes |

Lordjb: It's actually delicious, like Christmas! Seriously, this is an honest review. His version is too good to be true. His voice is melodious, unique, and pleasant to the ears. makes you wanna fall in love over and again. Just that the backup ruined the chorus for me, that's just how glorious his voice is. Didn't know he could sing such high notes. Tuface's cronies will sure be disappointed about this revelation. 8 Likes |

2baba has already made his mark in Nigerian music and the world. Aside African queen there were other songs in that album that were hits that some people still dance to till today. Over the years he has been releasing hits and tell me what has blackface done since the whole African queen ish? Hard life wey no even dey radio stations again sef. But let's be real he should move on and try to do something to leave his mark. The competition in Nigerian music industry is very stiff he should try to make a break or bow out for fvck sack and try something else like going to South Africa to trade or become a movie star or just disappear and live a normal life. |

The only problem with black face is not hiring a very crazy top notch lawyer. He can even calculate his expected profit from the loss over the 16-year period. Don't know if there was any written agreement (in any form) between both though. Go and read up the case between Nigeria and the 2 private companies that have recently dragged her to court. Nigeria is expected to loss over 11 billion naira in total.. And from the break down provided by the companies, a good percentage goes to profit that was expected over the period (one of the companies mentioned a 20year expected profit that was lost due to the breach). I like tuface, he's a good singer. But what he did was terrible; especially to someone he called friend, regardless of the disagreement they had at the time. I feel he released the song to spite blackface, not knowing it would 'blow'. 2 Likes |

Minemrys: I am assuming blackface wrote the song as alleged. Answer this without using Google. Who are the songwriters for Wizkid, Davido, Former P-Square songs? Unless you are working with them, you can never know. Are you telling me that those unknown writers are the real inventors and deserve a large share of the profit? You probably don't understand music. Those writers are free to sell to anyone but they didn't.
Blackface did not invent anything. Even different singers do use the same lyrics partially or completely. How many songwriters that are not singers are millionaire? I am waiting for your list. Instead of being emotional and hating on 2face. Ask yourself what the goal of blackface is. A musician is under no obligation to pay or credit a writer unless they have a contract stating otherwise. Blackface is a failure using emotional blackmail to get a ransom payment but he would never get it. There is a reason why he is still a church rat despite claiming credit for many popular musicians song. 1 Like |

Kweensavvy: I don't think anyone liked Tuface as I did back in the day when he was the lead singer of his group. Had a massive crush on him. Who wouldn't? He had the most endearing voice, height, beauty and that look of innocence! I'd literally pray that I see him in my dreams o. I know their tracks word for word, back to back...it was all because of Tuface. Then when I heard of the betrayal, everything just died a natural death. I hate, I mean I despise, can't abide anything associated with betrayal. I have zero tolerance for people who aren't trustworthy. I truly despise dishonesty....people who cheat others thinking they're smart. This is why I can't see any good in tuface. I just can't. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Better... It's so painful to see people stealing ones intellectual property. Shame on the celebrated thief. It's evident that you own the song with the perfect delivery of the masterpiece. Up you go black face. 2face is a celebrated thief. 3 Likes 1 Share |

When someone people has different version of songs of course the song has different versions so no needs to claim someone else's version again. Mr A, has his version so do Mr B. the case settled. But to be sincere there's no written deed between Tubaba and blackface about the song i see no reason why Blackface should be running after Tubaba. Blackface you don fuckup big time, i will say this always for you coming out with the version of African queen. If you are still keeping the pain of the past, it shows that you don't have vision for the future. From the first day you decided to go rnb, i knew you go fuckup, cus you dropped your originality which is what the industry lacks till now and run After admiration of fans to Tubaba. Industry still need you. There are resources in the Industry that you can work with and which you can use to put smiles on our faces. Please dust yourself and put yourself together bro. I will drive you back to the past, you can still remember the song called " HARD LIFE"? You light it up not tubaba. Until you go back to your style and stop being a copycat, you may lost like flame to the air. I'm your big fan, i came wait to see you back to the real blackface we use to know. God bless you |

What do you mean betrayal? Ogbeni go seat somewhere joo. Were you there when the two exchange the script? If someone decides not give you something, does it mean you can't get it elsewhere? Blackface is acting like a baby, Just leave Tuface alone. Blackface should go back to his real style and stop not being a copycat Meliian: 1 Like |

All of you bashing black face are not empathic at all. This things hurt so bad especially if it brings you to stardom. Just imagine you're married and your spouse won a lottery of $10million dollars hid it from you and cooked up a fight and gbam you're divorced. After like 15 years he was rich and you discovered the richness was due to the lottery he/she won when you were still married but cunningly divorced you when you were supposed to have the claim to the money since you were both still married as at then. Won't you be pained even if it's 15years while you are still in poverty 1 Like |
