Before you talk anything ,check the quality of the drainage. I have been seeing this image for a while.We like to complain alot .If you want to construct quality road in Nigeria,you need to construct a standard drainage first which they have done here.The next stage is to fill it and do compaction,then continue with the rest activity.

Nigeria shall be great again.

The contractor that handle that road need to be arrested see water way level and that of the road how can water now flow into the water way thus the result is that stagnant water

It is sctually a good scenario. The atmosphere indicates it is the rainy season and all but concrete roads are possible anywhere in Nigeria right now. The size and finish of thd drain also indicates a level of competency. Why he has to walk in the drain is entirely his fault and those of his fellow citizens who will not drive the process at the right time.

The bus of government runs on time only when the citizens are at the wheel.
