As for the balanced diet, you can get all the protein and calcium you need from fruits and vegetables.These are common,fresh,organic and natural in Nigeria.Thats one of the few areas we are lucky.

Not FG... the Southern states. They r still playing politics of APC/PDP while the Northern states are moving on.. FG didn't force any of these states to bring lands.
