Nigerians should learn how to read and digest information. The report has it that the N30,000 each is for their transportation to any part of the state pending their need assessment. If any rational mind will agree with me, there's no part of Oyo state that one can expend the said sum on transportation to and from Ibadan. So the Governor deserves a kudos.

While receiving the 30 indigenes, Makinde said that the State would not just give them fish, but teach them how to fish.

Gov Makinde makes a good start. Sure indicates he knows they have needs. As we are reading this, some other state unfortunate returnees are still listening to their state radios for their governors to hopefully say something about their case weeks after they returned.
