For some of us that cannot really run out of Nigeria,I will like to know which state in Nigeria pays better to workers in the state.

Cross river state pays on time & doesn't owe salaries.

It better to get paid than to be seeing it on paper.

But I believe he is borrowing to pay salaries which wi backfire on the future.
