Why do I have a strong feeling that this money is for election funding. Fg always trying new means to clean their moneys for electoral malpractice . guess the rubber stamp senate will gladly approve this
You dont have a strong feeling. That is the intention - to fund the forth-coming election.

If the government wants to do this, they should do it after election.

Why is Kogi's "promissory note" almost on the eve of election?

Why is PMB led FG in a hurry to seek Senate approval for the payment, we all know that Kogi election is around the corner and the president want to grant YAYA BELLO free access to waste public money for his re-election bid.

Fighting against corruption indeed

And someone will say buhari has integrity, what federal projects has yahaya bello executed exactly that other state governor's has not,why must the refund be made now with elections at hand, why didn't buhari made this same refund to ekiti while fayose was the governor even long before the elections there only to pay fayemi immediately after he "saintly" won the elections, it's now crystal clear that once you are ready to worship n do the dirty deals for buhari you can never be wrong.
