Hi all, Please I need a quick advise , my brother inlaw applied for his spouse visa from Nigeria and he was refused based on the fact that he wrote the wrong English test, my question is: is he suppose to appeal after writing the right test or to totally re-apply as advised by a lawyer which I am doubting. |
