Like I said before. Lagos can only boast of the things attracted to it due to federal government interest. Lagos was once the capital of Nigeria remember that. Intact Lagos is below expectation as once capital of a country and suffering no single war and as well the host of so many conglomerates and their headquarters. If Anambra has such opportunity it will tower very high above what Lagos is today. So don't boast because if truth is to be told, Lagos under utilises its resources and at the same thing the highest debtor among Nigerian states.
