Love is sometimes confusing and complicated. Sometimes we fall in love without even knowing how, where, when and why the whole feeling started, we just find ourselves gravitating towards that particular person anytime they are around. The person may not the kind of person you ever thought you could fall for, he/she may never be your standard or class, they may not even be your type but you find that you love them anyway. That is why sometimes when you fall out of love and meet your ex after a while, you ask yourself what lead you into falling for this kind of person in the first place, how did you end up dating this kind of person then. For this reason sometimes we also find ourselves ignoring those who love us truly, wanting those who are ignoring us, falling for those who don’t love us and take pleasure in hurting us and hurting those who truly love us. This is the cycle and irony of love. No one knows why it happens this way, yet it does and in all spheres of life. In school, at work, in church, in the area you live, it happens anywhere and everywhere even in family life. The child who likes the parent the most is sometimes not the child the parent like the most. The child who needs attention the most is sometimes not the one given the most attention. You find that the favourite child disappoints the most sometimes and the least expected child would be the one saving the day.

The science of how love sometimes work this way is still a mystery. We always fall for the bad ones while the good ones yearns for our love unsuccessfully. A very good guy/girl will be dying for our love and attention, they do everything to get us to notice them but we don’t. They pick up courage to tell us, we really wish we could love them back because we see the genuine love in their eyes, sometimes we try but it is not just coming and we friend zone them. Then one swagger bad boy/girl comes around and says hi and before you say Jack, we are head over heels in love and the cycle of hurt starts.

The cycle persist sometimes until we grow mature and decide to have sense lol. A little tip on growing mature faster is asking yourself what you really want. If you want hurt and drama, you should go ahead and keep falling carelessly, one day you will end up breaking your head. If what you really want is peace of mind, then you choose the genuine one who may not be your type or kind of person, don’t worry love also comes with time and open heart. You will come around and you will be proud of your choice in the end.
