Same thing happened then. Nothing came out of it. You can continue doing what a pdp yoot does, making foolish and loud accusations, or you can actually try to read and understand how to build a case.
He was discharged on a technicality that he was not first invited to explain the numerous foreign accounts he had. And not the corruption allegations.

Since you’ve read the law, show us the section that says a private citizen cannot move his money around in bullion van.
See the way you just dey mess yourself up here because Na your party dey involved. Would this be your position if those vans were sighted in the house of any PDP bigwigs

Point to the law flouted. Is there a law that states which day of the year you can request your own money?

If its Secondus money why shouldnt he have it

Atiku is a presidential candidate, Secondus is a party chairman, what elective post does Tinubu hold or was contesting for in March 2019
The same country where efcc parades any Nigerian youth caught with apple product,

In response to your view, it wasn't money but cooked beans and bread. The vehicles were not bullion vans but ambulances.
Even if they were bullion vans filled with bundles of N1,000 notes, just like Ganduje and the dollar video, the picture or video could equally be judged doctored and not real.
It is only in Nigeria that 'black' are judged to be 'white' no matter the evidence on ground. Provided you affiliate with the ruling party, you are guiltless. Every petition or charges against you are dismissed on technicalities, lack of merits and sundries.
I'm not in any position to argue if it is someone's person money or not, but my question is HOW MANY BULLION VANS ENTER HOUSES OF THE LIKES OF DANGOTES?
With regard to some comments in this thread, let me believe that we are not being bewitched.
Most of them are paid to doctor polithiefcians image on social media

Show us the cash or bullion van carrying atiku cash
openmine:
Some party folks are unbelievable!
Still remember in 2015,when atiku was pumping cash into Apc,none of the party men or brainless members asked of his source of wealth...as soon as he left to PDP,the same goons laughably called him a thief and asked that EFCC investigates Atiku's source of wealth grin grin
If Tinubu defects to PDP or any other party, the same misguided folks defending him will turn around like dummies and call him a thief! Smh smiley smiley

Nothing in the history of this country has/can ever beat the foolishness of these PDP urchins. I guess the serial loss of elections now leads to the loss of cognitive ability and results in constitution of nuisance.

What they should be doing now is to go back to the drawing board and devise a process of offering constructive opposition, but no, they'd rather be chasing shadows; investigating the worth of Buhari's shoes, observing how long Aisha has been in Burundi, showing us images of Atiku in a swimming pool....

Another putrefying thought from a wako.

Your cleverness by half would amount to nothing. I bet you have severally seen the EFCC use terms such as "reasonably suspected to have bla bla bla" in its baseless and reckless prosecution of perceived yahoo boys. When the time comes, you would sit back and understand what "reasonably suspected" means.

Any rich man can tell the bank to deliver his own money to his house.

Let Deji prove that the money in the bullion van belongs to someone else not Tinubu

And if its wrong to spend your personal money to help your party to mobilize your party

You have to first prove that it was money that was in the van. It's not Tinubu that will prove that but the petitioners will present their proof that it was actually money in the van. That's a tough one.

This will be a tough one to prove. Apart from the two vans entering the compound, there're absolutely no other images or videos of the vans inside the private residence or proof of money being offloaded and shared to supporters. Unless the PDP has an insider witness that witness everything that transpired inside the compound...it's a useless petition.

They want to expose the hypocrites named EFCC.

It is not about Tinubu.

They asked for a petition. Now they got the petition. Why invent excuses?

Yeah, it is an excellent cover-up story, which means politicians can continue to manipulate you and the destiny of your children successfully until your kids perish with no one to save them from corrupt politicians.

Well done bro. The evil men do (by omission or commission) will live with them and their children.

Would you have said this if those involved were in the PDP? You are a hypocrite. Hope your kids are warming up to replace Oluomo, your hero? This way, they can continue as political slaves like their father.

Atiku's in law & lawyer have never held any political office before, yet they are being tried by efcc for using BDC to change cash.

Going by apc's logic, those people shouldn't have any case to answer.

Mama P's funds are being seized & though she was the wife of a sitting president, she never held any political office & nobody has come to say she stole those funds. Again, going by apc's logic, she has no case to answer.

Well, APC cannot shift the goal post at this point by mere utterances. Letter efcc say there is nothing wrong in suspicious movement of bullion vans on eve of a national election.

Or that there is no need to investigate where the contents of the bullion vans came from & where they went to.

Afterall, the petitions against fayemi, amaechi, oshio, fashola, AlphaBeta have all been thrown into the trash bin...

He is not challenging "any rich man on how to spend his money" . He is asking efcc to probe among others the movement of such amount of money by an individual.
