Really, a pathologist needs to analyse that urine + blood + bloody object *(likely a clot). If actually he has eggs in his urine, thats how we will know

For the fact that it stopped for a few days:

a. The treatment was not strong enough

b. He has more than one condition, the drug stopped one but the other one still hasnt been treated

Red urine= kidney

Blood at end of urination stream= bladder/prostate issue

Tell them to do a cystoscopy (using a camera to look at your bladder via your penis)

Advanced level of gonorrhoea.... Ciprotab or Ceftriaxone injection +Gentamycin will do the necessary. Go for treatment quickly unless u will become impotent soon. Shalom.

The thing is I had the same feeling some years ago. My Own is discharge was very thick mucous and boxers always mess up before morning or in the evening. Sounds like a parasitic infection; most likely Bilharzia (Schistosomiasis) contacted in pond/river water infested with Schistosoma hematobium (worm/fluke) carried by some species of snails.

Praziquantel (Biltricide) is an effective drug for most acute cases - I do not know why your treatment seemed to have failed; perhaps due to inappropriate dosage or quality of the particular drug used.

This is undoubtedly Atosi Eleje...no doubt about it. Go for herbal drugs as doctors pills would only suppress it for a while. Mist often, it can be contacted around dirty water and from infected sexual partner.

The worm like structure is just a clotted blood which became spindle shaped as it passed through your urethra.

You are definitely bleeding along your urinary tract. Your lower urinary tract most likely as the blood isn't altered in color.

Go to a teaching hospital for investigations such as a urethroscopy, cystoscopy etc where they visualise your urinary system and determine the site and cause of bleeding.

UCH, Ibadan would definitely help you out. But I personally suspect Schistosomiasis since you work where there is water.

Well said. This is clearly a lower urinary tract bleeding. I was also concerned that the schistosomiasis might have been complicated by bladder cancer. Had initially thought to reply the op but on seeing your comment, there is really no more need.

@op I know that this can be scary but you will get through this. Don't worry so much. Go and see a specialist. Never take any alternative drug bullshit. Your urinary tract is already compromised so don't worsen it further with concoctions. Make sure you are on some blood tonic and eat properly.

I had similar issue in the past but was lucky to be outside country when it happened (Qatar). After series of tests, scans they concluded It to be a long time untreated Gonorrhoea.

Where is your location?
What you have is hematuria(blood in urine) most likely coming from the upper urinary tract.
Do note that there are many possible causes.
I will advice you see a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
Please stop trying different medications and herbs.

Upper urinary tract pathology ( ureter and kidney) would cause a whole stream red diluted urine. It looks more like a lower urinary tract bleeding . I would concentrate on looking into the urethra prostate and seminal vesicles. Of course a bladder condition cannot be ruled out. What he needs is a visit to the Urologist and investigations including urethroscopy will help.
Clotting studies will be in order especially if there is bleeding from other mucous membranes, mouth, nose or lower GIT.
