This is how companies die out. When you don't have proper corporate governance and begin to have scenarios where the Company founder is entrenching his children into managerial positions you know you have a problem.

You don't see Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or Warren Buffet breed their children as successors because It usually ends badly.

What do you say about the Chaebols of South-Korea?

Good.
That she has better academic qualifications does not translate to ability to deliever results.

Bad belle. Because she didn't choose to be dancing upanda, you still find fault. Be happy for people's success, so that people can be happy for you when it's your turn..." Uyo Meyo" undecided undecided

You can't compare here. The product they market is different, the environment is different, you can't compare Bill Gates & Steve Jobs way of running their empire to Dangote's undecided

No, it doesn't "usually" end badly. If one has qualified children who know the business thoroughly, nothing says they should not be allowed at the helms of affairs. Most Asian biggest companies' entrepreneurs are handing over their operations to their children. What of Cargill? The families of the founders still control the company till date. Provided the children are interested in the affairs of the business and are qualified, nothing wrong with them manning the affairs.
