That's the aftermath of Aregbe's foolish policy. All students in State wear the same uniform, there is no way to differentiate one school from the other. Foolish, myopic, dull, lazy, corrupt and archiac leaders we have.

The foolish-Ness of Aregbe lives on as a minister. Seems the new govt is also dumb.! State in a mess

I can't blame you. You only judge according to what you read. Osun is a land of virtue. This ugly incidence can happen anywhere. Agberos you see not born in Osun but that community breed such child and grew to become Agbero. May God continue to bless Ipinle Omoluabi. Osun a dara o.

Students of now days are something else o, what will they even benefit from all this useless life, instead of them to be serious with their studies to become better persons in life, here they are building their future on a faulty foundation, i pray God help them.
Re: Teachers, Students Clash In Osun, Baptist High School Gbodofon, Osogbo Shutdown by Harrisee(m): 10:16am On Nov 23, 2019
The reason we continue to hear of this type of embarrassment is because we do not take discipline serious in our public schools. You cannot ban corporal punishment in schools and expect to see positive character in the life of a Nigerian child. When we begin to take suspensions and expulsions serious, we wouldn't have this type of mess.

Ode ni bobo yi sha, idiots will always be proud of hypocrisy. Education system in Osun has been bastardised by your former loved Governor. Those school buildings you see can not be the criterium for standard education because that's the only point you want to base your argument. Yoruba RONU.

Kazeem26:
Osun State government has ordered immediate closure of Baptist High School, Gbodofon, Osogbo, as some irate students engaged teachers in physical duel and vandalized school properties.

Commissioner for Education, Mr Oladoyin Folorunsho gave the order while inspecting the school to assess the level of damage by the irate students.

It was gathered that some students and teachers in the school engaged physical fight, wielding cutlasses and sticks, a situation that caused tension in the area.

A student who pleaded anonymity told journalists that the duel started last week Wednesday when some unknown students stormed the school.

“We saw some students last week Wednesday in our school armed with machete and this made everyone to run for their lives.

“Although, hardly will a month pass that we don’t experience something like this and whenever such occurs, some of the irate students usually lock our teachers in their staff room.
