I agree with you that Most Nigerian politicians are corrupt and self serving, how ever the rest have not been convicted of any crime yet.

Orji uzor kalu is now a convicted criminal and his N7billion theft from Abia state treasury has been established in court.
Hence he must do what all theives are compelled to do, restitution - payday to Abia state what he stole in this case all the proceeds from the N7billion which includes this mansion +road.
