In National Intelligence Agency, NIA, a Yoruba man had issues, he was removed but rather than appoint the next most senior person, a Northerner who failed promotion exams 3 times and was retired from NIA as a consequence was brought back and is currently heading the NIA. When some of us saw this from the beginning and raised objections, we were told to shut up that Buhari can only work with those he knows and trust.
