Kindly go through the post again and note that the judge dismissed the case for LACK OF EVIDENCE SHOWING THAT THE EFCC HAS THE VIDEO AND HAS CARRIED OUT FORENSIC ANALYSIS ON IT,not for lack of evidence that Ganduje was actually the one in the said video committing the crime.
