There's nothing to contest as I have made clear the state of affairs with regards to polygamy in the US. Polygamy is illegal in the US, also there are polygamous families in the US as well and it's not reported that people are thrown into jail for it except for those who do it for fraudulent purposes.

Now, this is a thread about Gay issue and NOT polygamy so let's not derail ok.
