Go back to school and meet ur HOD. Your relationship with ur HOD will determine ur success now. You can lie to him/her that ure out of the country to look for greener pasture or tell him ur great grandmother give birth and u have been d one taking care of her and the twins. Who knows you might b lucky enough

Why not enrol for part time since you might be given certificate of attendance?
Ask him why he allowed it to linger for 2 years

it's a regulated rule that when a student have carry over's or fail a course after the stipulated period of rounding up his/her course of study, such student can be given a period of 2 years to write and pass that course or courses and if not being able to pass within such period, such student will b given a Certificate of Attendance (COA) instead of the normal Certificate.

Its been over 2 years now since i left school cos i failed some courses and have not done them and a new calendar is starting next Month and I want to know if it's still possible for me to go back and rewrite my failed courses.

You must be an unserious person. From your post, it is easy to tell how unserious you were through your school and after. You are still indecisive after 2years. Low energy and drive.

No amount of answers here will solve your issues or help you pass your carryovers because it is more of a personal thing. If you don't fix yourself, you will return next year with same questions

On you admission letter , what you'll see is " minimum semester" to complete a program.......... When you'll finish the program is at your own time.......... Since now you'll even have to pay complete school fees then pay for carry over again....... The school will always welcome you....... Your money is important.

You can still go back and rewrite, its not a big deal, but know it won't add to your cgpa.. Its better to graduate with a pass than to be a drop out

Based on the university regulations, absent from lectures for one semester without valid reasons means you have withdrawn from the programme. Failure to register for two academic years without you applying for suspension of studies is also withdrawal from your programme. I don't think you have a case.

there is always department level adviser for spill/splash over students. when u report there he'll give u better guidelines. it's possible your certificate of attendance already waiting 4 u ( if it's only one course, the department might decide to wave 4 u)
