My dear, few hours ago I was with one of my ogas(I work in a federal agency) and he was showing me a circular that has been put in place regarding the HND/Degree discrepancies. I'll advise you to go for ur PGD as soon as u resume work with ur OND. That presenting ur HND later might shock u pls. I'm giving u first hand info here. And why they're asking for ur OND is because they want to fix u in a lower cadre. I wish u the very best.

If you don't have anything doing, to upgrade or do conversion isn't easy as it said. That's the mistake most people make. There's probably no vacancy for senior staff, reason why they want to give you a junior staff position.
