Very beautiful nonsense. You cant tax something the law frowns at. No moral society can tax prostitution. It is like you laughing at yourself for being silly. The Nigerian constitution is very clear on prostitution. How can you think of taxing it because it is thriving? Our government is lazy and is simply looking for easy ways to raise money.
