PeterUdeme: the crime that could have pinned on him 1) impersonation 2) conspiracy 3) criminal intent to defraud...these are all against provisions of the criminal code. but amazingly, he was not charged to court, but released, made to sign a document under duress not pursue a suit against DSS and most importantly, the sim was not confiscated but returned to him.. that's the most objective way to look at this issue... most of u buharist or whatever have deep inbuilt and intrisic psychology problem.. laughably,u even said the president decided to let him go. the president decided to let a suspected criminal where strong and valid evidence of his alleged crime could have land him conviction go. joker 4 Likes |

Any dunce who believe this gibberish is a fool for life. I saw one idiot claiming intent and then asking us to ask lawyers for the legal perspective of the matter, to burst your bubble of lies. Intent can be used to criminalise a person if it can be established. Also, the bolded It was learnt he used female accomplices to pretend to be the president’s daughter and extort money from unsuspecting victims.according to the gibberish written up there a crime had been committed therefore if the DSS new what they did they wouldn't have released but you see the truth is the man was locked up because the former owner was GMB daughter and he had committed no crime. Also, the antecedent of the present administration showed they had no respect for the rule of law that was why he was locked up for that long and when his captivity was released to the public they had no option than to release so that receive any more backlash for being dictatorial. Anyway, we can only and hope for the best till God removes this dictator from our live as Nigeria slips into an authoritarian state. 2 Likes |

If you really attended any school, I can tell you with facts that your education was a waste of your parent's money dude because education without common sense is useless. How could dss release him without charging him to court even when he begged to be charged, if the dss had any criminal evidence against him in this country where efcc is witch hunting everyone?. Dss would have immediately handed him over to efcc for prosecution against fraudulent intentions or activities. If the DSS had any evidence ,common sense would have told you that, at least, they would have seized the sim card from him but no, your stupidity, spirit of sycophancy, worthlessness and as most zombic creature in that god forsaken country, you will never reason. 1 Like |

You are the most worthless being moving under the sun. I believe that either you a robot or a zombie, if you believes that DSS released a man who impersonated president's daughter and defrauded people who probably must be related to Buhari in this country without charging him to court or handing him over to efcc. Anyway, you 're indirectly indicting Buhari and Dss for paying lip service on their corruption fighting, if the man was released without being charged. Dude try borrow some sense, that was clean and the dss had nothing against him.. |

DaBullIT:attempted crimes is as good as committing the act, the question is why didn't they charge to court him for more than 10 weeks and at the point of releasing him they also allowed him to go away with the sim so that he can continue with the purported crime until he succeed? No be every body be mumu, this is a plain afterthought to covered up their lapses. |

GidiWoodsMan: Settle down & read that part of the story well. If he was certain that she was not in the country, then he should have known that she was no longer using that particular line since it must have been dormant for at least a year before been recycled back into the market. My observation is based as presented in the news, so if you want to overheat your little brain with assumptions, please go ahead. |
