I have always said it that smart men don't worship women and condone gynocentrism. If you do, you are going to suffer in the system you created. Let's look at the following cases :

1) CASE ONE (gynocentrism at it's peak)
The woman in this video took her husband to the divorce court. The son in this video is a very little boy and the mother is quite young hence we can say the marriage is still young but, as it seems, the mother is pulling the trigger since she now has alimony and child support. Anyway, in this video, sole custody was unsurprisingly granted to the mother but the child didn't want to stay with the mother. On being told that he wasn't going to see his father, the child was crying and bawling his eyes out and the court staff or, perhaps, the wife's sister/relative (it wouldn't matter, they would do the same thing) were trying to console the boy but he wouldn't stop crying. The boy, while crying, made it clear that he didn't want to stay with his mother Notice that the mother never said she would let him see the father instead she tried to win the boy over by telling him she has gifts for him blah blah blah blah blah blah. Hope we can see where worshiping women and being blue pilled has led American men?

LESSON: Gynocentrism places women above men, children, and animals. It is all about the women. When a woman rapes a man and gets pregnant or steals his used condom and gets pregnant, the same gynocentric courts will force you to pay child support using the excuse "we have to do what is best for the child" but in the case shown in that video, the best interest of child is thrown through the window. You have spoken a lot of nonsense all over this thread, but I only want to comment on your observation that mature intelligent adults can decide on child custody arrangement without involving the courts. The problem is that the woman is almost always vindictive and uses the children to punish the ex husband for having the audacity to do whatever it is that 'made' her divorce him. So she is as far away from mature and intelligent at that moment as it is possible to be.

Conversely, very rarely will a father restrict the children's mother from seeing them and only when there are serious safety concerns.

If a woman is a single mother and cannot provide for the child(ren), she is placed on welfare and gets provided for with taxpayers' money. What happens when a father sincerely does not have the means to pay child support?

1) A man lost his $467,000 house (leaving him homeless) and still got sent to jail for his failure to pay the amount they wanted in child support. Watch how he was humiliated in court. His sincere plea that he doesn't have the means to pull the amount they were asking fell on deaf ears.
