I don't see any problem of the North courting the East for the presidency, since yoruba can't wait for the East to do their turn in spirit of zoning and fair-play. Afterall, yorubas called it 'bridge-building' and 'unemotional politics' in 2015, maybe the East also want to 'build-bridge' in a 'sophisticated and unemotional' manner come 2023. In another vein, referendum is not in the constitution according to yorubas and therefore cannot hold, regional police is not also in the constitution, so I don't see why Amotekun should be allowed to hold, using the same yoruba logic. Abi no be so? 89 Likes 11 Shares |

We have an unprecedentedly total fascist takeover of the judiciary, the kind that compelled the Supreme Court to award nullified rigged votes to APC’s Hope Uzodinma even if by doing so the Supreme Court created an astonishing numerical incongruity where the Supreme Court’s final vote tally is now greater than the number of people INEC accredited to vote! 35 Likes 1 Share

The Amotekun issue by the South West is really giving this government serious concern.I guess another political treachery is not loading from the core north with these re-alignment? 20 Likes 1 Share |

Quite some outlandish and far reaching claims made in the content of the article. First of which is the fabled restriction of the VP by the purported cabal. For emphasis, farooq can look out for who'd preside over FEC on Wednesday now that the president is out of town for a few days. Secondly, assuming that others might not also harbor his premonitions and are already making plans along the same line is akin to claiming to be the wisest in the land. Let him that thinketh he stand beware lest he falls. Racoon: 3 Likes |

See the long winding diatribe because FaCrook knows that his minions will not read beyond the headlines. One man hiding away in US is busy giving you his fantasies and you all are here somersaulting backwards over empty barrel noise. 9 Likes |

This is clear power tussle. An attempt to discredit an opposition who seems to be more favoured by the audiences and in no wise lack not capacity to deliver. The problem we have in this country are those who present them selves as knowledgeable but lack true knowledge in matters but always ready to explain their blur view to the ignorant masses that depends on them to be informed. What a shame a waste of effort. Always remember that what you sow that you shall reap. If you sow confusion you will reap it in multiple folds. 4 Likes |

This man called Farooq qualifies to be called a professor by every stretch of the word. He is intelligent, highly educated and a deep thinker. His analysis are always top notch! It has become quite apparent that the SW is being gradually sidelined while the bigot is now courting the SE, all for the perpetuation of Fulani hegemony. Well, strange things are happening in Nigeria now unlike ever before. Unknown to many, the much trumpeted "One North" is now a myth. Large swats of the North that used to be in bed with the Fulani/Hausa are now distancing themselves. From the Jukuns to the Beroms, Tivs to Southern Kaduna, and of course all Christian dominated areas are now very vocal in challenging the status qou, now this is unprecedented in the history of Nigeria. The only alies the Fulani has in the north is the hausa and to a smaller extent, the Kanuri and Nupes. Majority of the others currently have one score or the other to settle with them. Lastly, this is deja Vu once again. Anyone who can't see that Nigeria is finally breaking up before our very eyes is just living in denial. The only worrisome aspect is that it seems to be taking the voilent path. Amotekun will be established but will be sabotaged by the FG in many ways than one. The SE will follow suit by establishing theirs, while the SS and NC will opt for respective state sponsored security outfits. I only hope the UN and other world powers would not abandon us the way they abandoned Rwanda when sh!t finally hits the fan. 28 Likes 6 Shares |

BuhariAdvocate: Stop arrogating to yourself what you apparently lack. The yoruba can never break up Nigeria alone if the SE and SS are not on the same page with them. Do you think if Igbos and others in the South join forces with the north, the same way you have been dinning with them that you can make noise?? You guys are only capitalizing on the fact that Igbos are already agitating for breakup to make it look like you hold the ace. 47 Likes 10 Shares |
