from Wadume's case to this one, Nigerian Army seem to be compromised, henceforth Buhari should stop the Army from procuring their own arms or issueing out defence contracts..

It may not be lack of communication. It looks more like sabotage by the Soldiers. They did not challenge the Boko Haram guys. They just took cover. But decided to attack the Police that repelled the Boko guys.
