The legislator representing ethiope federal constituency at the House of Representatives has been labeled as the “most gender insensitive” lawmaker over lopsided appointments of legislative aides made.

In an elaborate social media post, Spaghetti Jayifeh, a graduate assistant lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi called out the lawmaker thus;

This was UNCLE Hon. Ben Igbakpa Canvassing for Votes that enabled him become the member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency. Women came out enmasse to SOLICIT, CANVASS AND VOTE the 'Amakashe of Oghara'. Hon Ben Igbakpa began his first wave of appointment that included Legislative aides and key member of Staff, No women was included. Last Weekend He doled out other appointments, Over 20{Twenty} ONLY ONE Female was Considered.


HON BEN IGBAKPA Is the ONLY URHOBO Parliamentarian Whose PRIVATE SECRETARY is a Man. The Former Commissioner of Transport has Failed to RECIPROCATE the Good Gestures of Women/ladies towards him. What wrong did the woman folk do to Hon Ben Igbakpa that he doesn't have them in the back of his mind.


Ethiope Federal has Six Kingdoms namely Oghara,Idjerhe,Mosogar,Agbon, Abraka, and Umiagwa-Abraka And Hon Hon. Ben Igbakpa. didn't see more than one woman to empower or appoint.
