Buhari is also among the leaders of past 50yrs! Stupidity is when u praise buhari for doing the work u elected him for.

Introduction to Madness is when your brother was President for 6 years, yet he couldn't build the 2nd Niger Bridge, nor build the Bodo-Bonny Bridge under discussion, nor build your roads, but you think your enemy Muhammadu Buhari should not be praise for building these abandoned project. You are showing early signs of Chronic Madness

Lol, see ZOMBIES praising Buhari for NLNG's effort

Before anyone comes to praise Buhari, tell him to release FG's share of
the cost to Julius Berger to enable them complete the project.

This project was awarded to JB at #120B but to be shared equally between
FG and NLNG (#60b each).

NLNG has since paid up their own #60b to JB which they have used to move the project to
about 60% but FG is yet to pay up their own #60b to enable JB complete the work

what are you saying?

Is government nit a continuum?

People are just too blind to see things objectively.

I knew FG were going to play games.

Why not simply ask NLNG to fund the entire bridge and get a refund from future taxes?
Same arrangement done with Dangote in the case Oworonshoki - Oshodi - Apapa expressway
That's exactly what NLNG has done, they will complete the entire project and deduct it from taxes

Obasanjo spent barely 3 years as military president when Buhari built the refinery but how many refineries did the same Obasanjo build when he ruled for 8 solid years without Buhari as the petreum minister ?! I know you'd rather commit suicide than answer this n yeah you should because that is what despicable bigoted souls like you deserve.

That's the reason the president will not be accorded the credit of building the refinery. You can also judge this from the amount of support Buhari accorded Dangote n his refinery with free forex just to ensure it is completed in record time but no you'd rather credit that to bigotry simply cos u were fed with endemic hate n chronic bigotry from the womb.

The way some of you arguing on this thread reason baffles me.

So, because Obasanjo didn't build any more refineries during his tenure as a civilian president, the credit to the refineries built during his time as head of state should be given to his minister of petroleum?

Going by your logic, All the credit to the railways, roads/bridges and seaports being developed under the current Buhari government should be given to his minister of transportation since he never did those projects when he was Head of State.

And before you come around to argue that Buhari spent less than 2 years as HOS, so he couldn't do the projects during his tenure, tell me how many projects he initiated during his less than 2 years rule.

Also, saying credit should be given to Buhari over those refineries due to cheap forex being sold to Dangote by CBN to enable the quick and easy completion of Dangote's refinery is also faulty. It has been the duty of many successive governments to support invertors and give them mouthwatering deals to make them stay. So, saying Buhari should get credit over refineries built during Obasanjo's tenure because of his support for Dangote's refinery is quite absurd.

Also, if the 5 government owned refineries presently in Nigeria function properly to capacity, we would have enough finished oil and even be exporting to neighbouring countries, so there's really no point in the federal government building additional refineries when the existing ones are not functioning.

The fact that you support someone does not mean you should throw away logical reasoning and argue blindly.

List of work

1) Land reclamation because portions being built over are mostly water

2) Road constructions

3) 3 bridges mostly over large bodies of water

Construction on the kind of terrain Bonny has is different from what may be attainable in your village or state.

These marshy grounds that require massive piles and those are very expensive

So that’s the scope but this is nowhere near that cost. 120 billion!

The failure of past leaders has left Nigeria at the level we are.

Imagine a plan being delayed for 50years by other governments after Gowon but Buhari has turned it to a reality.

Even one of the doubters decided to verify the news from someone in Bayelsa and below was the response

Buhari himself was a head of state before.

What of during his military rule?

A lot has been said about the few months he used in office during his military rule and beyond the claim he was unfair in his actions against some individuals but in terms of governance Buhari has never failed to dedicate himself towards working for the best interests of the people.

He lacks the flamboyant character of many presidents before him, he is a rather simple unassuming man.
